Cheese School
Cheese School is a collaboration between Trethowan’s Dairy and Fiona Beckett, food and wine writer.
Cheese School is about enabling people to appreciate and enjoy artisan cheeses more fully. We run courses for 15-30 people to enable them to meet and talk to cheesemakers at first hand, an important element of which is combining them other foods and drinks.
